• October 31, 2017:Deadline for submissions
• February 6: Notifications to all authors
• February 1: Registration opens
• February 12: Program outline on website
• February 16: Full program posted to website
• March 20: Deadline for program participants to register.Participants, including posters, who have not registered by this date will be removed from the program.
• April 3: Deadline for SOLE rate at the Westin Harbour Castle.
• April 15: Deadline for registration at reduced rate. Late charge takes effect after this date.
• April 30: Final date to revise papers -- no revisions will be posted after this date.
